Accommodation

For patients
Patients have the choice of the following room types:
  • Single-bedded room
  • Two-bedded room
  • Three-bedded room
  • Four-bedded room
*If you would like a bed transfer to another room category subsequent to your admission, arrangements can be made subject to room availability.

For patients’ companion
The hospital does not allow more than one person to accompany the patient for an overnight stay. In multi-bedded rooms, no companions are allowed unless the patient is a child. At the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), labour wards, Operating Theatre (OT) recovery area and other critical areas, no companions are allowed at all although visits are allowed periodically.

Companions of patients who have been shifted from general wards to the critical areas mentioned above, should vacate the rooms immediately. Once the patient is deemed clinically fit to be shifted back to the wards, the companion may stay.

If a patient’s companion requires assistance with nearby accommodation, please speak to our Customer Care Department for suggestions on hotels and guest houses.
