"I took my daughter to your facility on Tuesday. I suspected that she may have fractured her little finger playing dodge ball in school. The reception staff were outstanding. Professional, caring and helpful. The ER staff were just as efficient and pleasant. We did an X-Ray, and the technician, etc were very helpful and professional. The doctor on duty was also quite professional and helped to calm my daughter's concerns and explained precisely what her situation was in terms she could understand. (I guess you would say he had a very good bedside manner.) All in all, it was an excellent experience. The facility was also very clean, neat and functioning quite smoothly from my perspective as a patient."

"My friend’s mom had some health problems and we brought her to Columbia Asia Hebbal at 4 a.m. and I was surprised by the promptness of the duty doctors. They diagnosed her and took her for a CT Scan. As it was a Sunday, most of the doctors were on Holiday and on the next day things went really fast. The neurologist Dr. Anuradha is an awesome doctor with loads of patience. She clarified all our doubts and her interaction with the patient was very friendly. The administration department was friendly and they helped us to get all the paper work done for claiming medical insurance. The hospital has a very efficient Hospital Management System in place which makes transferring and accessibility of patient’s data in less time. When we were waiting in the lounge, we never smelled any medicine. Even the toilets are maintained very neat. There are fragrance candles that give the feeling of a luxury hotel. By providing all these facilities definitely the hospital has to invest more money and this justifies that the hospital is not expensive. They only charge for the awesome experience. I believe the environment itself would make the patients recover quickly."
