Making Sure Orang Asli in Good Health

Columbia Asia Hospital - Bukit Rimau in a joint effort with Great Heart Charity Association has launched a project to help the Orang Asli of Hulu Langat by providing them with vital health services through a medical camp. The medical camp supports on average of around 200 orang asli, delivering a host of services including basic medical check-ups by Columbia Asia Hospital - Bukit Rimau Medical Officers, dispensing basic medication as well as hand-washing demo to the villagers.

Columbia Asia Hospital - Bukit Rimau also helps Great Heart Charity Association in providing the orang asli with staple groceries such as rice. This program allows CAH-Bukit Rimau to improve health outcomes by allowing primary medical checkups to the local orang asli villagers.
