Cendol dengan gula Melaka pekat memang mencengkam kalbu! Tabiat pemakanan rakyat Malaysia memainkan peranan besar sebagai salah satu punca kes diabetes yang berleluasa.<\/p><p>Selain daripada pemakanan, gaya hidup juga adalah salah satu punca diabetes.<\/p><p>Sebanyak 25 peratus rakyat Malaysia tidak bersenam. Selepas makan pula, tahap glukosa harus berada di antara 4.4 dan 8.5mmol\/L. Ada pula yang memerlukan suntikan tiga sehari.
