Sembelit akan membuat kita duduk lama di mangkuk tandas sambal meneran. Ini akan meningkatkan tekanan kepada dinding kusyen yang disebutkan tadi, lantas menyebabkan pembengkakan.<br \/><br \/>Pesakit biasanya akan mengalami masalah pendarahan, kegatalan, pengeluaran mukus atau lendir. Jika masalah ini berterusan, maka akan terjadi pembengkakan pada dubur.
