durian dengan buah-buahan lain akan meningkatkan pengambilan gula ringkas harian melebihi saranan Pertubuhan Kesihatan Sedunia (WHO) dan Panduan Diet Malaysia yang mencadangkan pengambilan jumlah gula harian tidak melebihi 50g, bersamaan dengan 10 sudu teh gula.<\/p><p>Durian dianggap \u2018panas\u2019 dan boleh menyebabkan batuk dan demam jika diambil secara berlebihan.<\/p><p>Secara saintifik, proses metabolik dan kimia semasa penghadaman mungkin menyebabkan peningkatan suhu badan.<\/p><p>Bagaimanapun, ini tidak menyebabkan demam, batuk, atau jangkitan pernafasan, melainkan jika diambil durian sering dikongsi di media sosial.<\/p><p>Contohnya, ada makanan atau minuman tertentu yang dikatakan perlu dielakkan ketika atau selepas makan durian.<\/p><p>Tiada bukti kukuh yang menunjukkan bahawa minum kopi bersama durian boleh menyebabkan masalah kesihatan seperti tekanan darah tinggi atau serangan jantung.<\/p><p>Serangan jantung biasanya berlaku akibat penyumbatan arteri jantung, pembekuan darah atau arteriosklerosis berkembang selama bertahun-tahun.<\/p><p>Gabungan durian dan kopi tidak akan menyebabkan arteriosklerosis atau pembekuan darah serta-merta.<\/p><p>Namun, anda disarankan agar menjarakkan waktu pengambilan durian dan kopi serta minum lebih banyak air kerana kedua-duanya boleh menyebabkan dehidrasi.<\/p><p>Selain itu, kerap kali kita mendengar nasihat untuk tidak mengambil minuman ringan bersama durian.<\/p><p>Namun, tiada bukti kukuh daripada kajian saintifik yang benar-benar menyokong dakwaan ini.<\/p><p>Kandungan gula dalam minuman ringan tidak berinteraksi dengan durian sehingga mendatangkan kesan berbahaya. Akan tetapi, pengambilan kedua- duanya dalam kuantiti banyak boleh menyebabkan perut kembung atau tidak selesa kerana sistem penghadaman perlu bekerja lebih keras untuk memproses gula, lemak dan kafein serentak.<\/p><p>Tambahan pula, kedua-duanya mengandungi gula ringkas tinggi yang boleh meningkatkan jumlah pengambilan kalori harian.<\/p><p>Oleh itu, elakkan pengambilan serentak secara kerap untuk mengawal paras gula dalam darah terutama bagi pesakit kencing manis.<\/p><p>Sementara itu, disebabkan durian \u2018panas\u2019, orang-orang tua melarang makan raja buah bersama daging lembu atau kambing. Namun begitu, tiada kajian saintifik yang kukuh yang membuktikan kebenaran dakwaan ini.<\/p><p>Dalam pada itu, mengikut kepercayaan perubatan tradisional Cina, makanan laut seperti ketam dianggap mempunyai sifat penyejuk, manakala durian dikatakan bersifat panas.<\/p><p>Gabungan kedua-duanya dipercayai boleh mengganggu keseimbangan sistem penghadaman. Secara keseluruhannya, tiada kajian saintifik yang menyokong teori bahawa makanan atau minuman tertentu tidak boleh diambil bersama durian.
