Dari sudut pemakanan, sejauh mana kebenaran kepentingan diet berpantang?<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f7194e3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f7194e3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Penjagaan pemakanan semasa berpantang jelas amat penting bagi ibu yang bersalin untuk mempercepatkan proses penyembuhan dan pemulihan kerana tubuh wanita mengalami perubahan yang ketara semasa hamil dan selepas bersalin.<\/p><p>Tempoh berpantang biasanya berlangsung selama 30 hingga 40 hari mengikut budaya dan adat keluarga masing-masing. Tempoh ini adalah sangat penting bagi ibu mendapatkan nutrien yang cukup dan memenuhi keperluan untuk pemulihan fizikal dan keseimbangan hormon.<\/p><p>Ibu yang baru lepas bersalin perlu mengambil tahu tentang pemakanan ketika bersalin kerana terdapat pelbagai petua dari segi pemakanan ketika berpantang pada zaman sekarang. Protein membantu untuk perbaiki sel-sel badan dan mempercepatkan proses penyembuhan luka.<\/p><p>Antara sumber protein yang digalakkan adalah ikan, ayam dan telur yang dimasak secara rebus atau kukus. Makanan tinggi zat besi pula membantu untuk membina sel darah merah bagi menggantikan darah yang hilang semasa proses kelahiran.<\/p><p>Makanan yang kaya zat besi boleh didapati dari sayur sayuran hijau seperti bayam, kangkung, sawi dan brokoli. Adakah larangan ini berasas dari sudut pemakanan?<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b6b1f7c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b6b1f7c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Terdapat makanan yang dilarang ambil ketika berpantang seperti timun, petola dan tembikai kerana dianggap \u2018sejuk\u2019 dan tidak boleh diambil semasa berpantang. Makanan yang sejuk dikatakan akan memberi kesan rasa kembung perut, kekejangan otot dan sakit-sakit badan.<\/p><p>Walaubagaimanapun, tiada kajian saintifik yang mengesahkan bahawa mengelakkan makanan yang sejuk dapat memberi faedah kepada kesihatan ibu yang bersalin.<\/p><p>Sayur &#8211; sayuran dan buah &#8211; buahan mengandungi vitamin dan mineral, serta serat yang bagus untuk kesihatan. Pengambilan serat yang cukup amat penting untuk melancarkan proses pembuangan najis. Ibu yang bersalin digalakkan untuk mengambil enam hingga lapan gelas air sehari (1.5 &#8211; 2.0 liter; 1 gelas = 250ml) walaupun tidak rasa dahaga.<\/p><p>Pengambilan air boleh diagihkan secara sama rata untuk sehari. Kurangkan pengambilan air yang tinggi gula kerana minuman bergula boleh menyebabkan lonjakan tenaga dan lelah dimana menjejaskan kesejahteraan keseluruhan.<\/p><p>Selain itu, minuman berkafein adalah tidak digalakkan kerana pengambilan kafein yang berlebihan boleh mengganggu pola tidur normal ibu serta boleh menyebabkan dehidrasi yang tidak Ibu memerlukan nutrien dan tenaga yang cukup dari pemakanan.<\/p><p>Ibu boleh melakukan banyak bacaan tentang pemakanan serta penjagaan diri selepas bersalin dan tidak perlu merasa tertekan.
