  • GENERAL PHYSICAL EXAMINATION
    • Height, Weight
    • Body Mass Index
    • Blood pressure, Pulse
    • Vision Acuity/ Colour Blind
    • Eyes, Ears, Nose, Throat
  • CHEST X-RAY
  • BLOOD TEST
    • Complete Blood Count (CBC)
    • Blood sugar (Fasting or Random)
    • AST, ALT (Liver enzyme)
    • Bun, Creatinine (Kidney function)
    • Urine analysis
  • ELECTROCARDIOGRAM (ECG) if above 40 years old or as instructed.
  • HEALTH CERTIFICATE: 01 bilingual version (English and Vietnamese).

*Please bring along your passport and two photos with 4*6 size – white background
*Please note that Work permit certificates shall take 3 days to complete and return
