Whether you’re a clinic assistant, a frontline worker, or simply someone who wants to help, our Basic Life Support (BLS) Workshop is open to all. Learn essential life-saving techniques and gain the confidence to act when it counts.​

At this workshop, you’ll build the confidence to act fast in emergencies. From giving high-quality chest compressions to handling choking incidents and using an AED, you’ll walk away with real, practical skills that could make all the difference. ​
