Blood Donation Drive - June 2023
Donating blood can be a great way of giving back to the community. Columbia Asia Hospital – Miri is organizing a Blood Donation Campaign on 10th June, 2023 at the hospital from 9am to 12pm.
*𝘓𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘳𝘦f𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘩𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘣𝘦 𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘦𝘥.
Before donating:
1. Have sufficient rest and a good night’s sleep.
2. Avoid alcohol and smoking.
3. Reduce strenuous activities.
4. Have a meal.
