Our session includes:

First Trimester:
- Low impact and moderate intensity exercises which can lead to light sweating and slightly increase the heart rate.
Second Trimester:
- Regular, moderate intensity exercise.
Third Trimester:
- Exercise specifically for birth.
- Focus on core and glute strength.
Terms and Conditions:
- A fee of RM4 will be imposed for first-time registration.
- The management reserves the right to make changes to the price without any prior notice.
