Antenatal Exercise

Our session includes:

First Trimester:

  • Low impact and moderate intensity exercises which can lead to light sweating and slightly increase the heart rate.

Second Trimester:

  • Regular, moderate intensity exercise.

Third Trimester:

  • Exercise specifically for birth.
  • Focus on core and glute strength.

Terms and Conditions:

  • A fee of RM4 will be imposed for first-time registration.
  • The management reserves the right to make changes to the price without any prior notice.
