The current app will be phased out starting August 31, 2025.
The transition will happen between August 31, 2025 and September 7, 2025, during which the current app will no longer be accessible and the new app will only be available for download on September 7, 2025 . We apologize for any inconvenience caused during this period of downtime as we upgrade to a better system to serve you more efficiently.

All appointments already made prior to the transition will still be valid and will appear in the new Columbia Asia Malaysia app.

Yes, we’ll notify you via email once the new app is live. Announcements will be made on our social media platforms too.
Once logged in, select the ‘Appointments’ tab, choose your doctor and time, then confirm your booking.
You’ll be able to start booking as soon as the new app is live. You can download the new app from Apple or Play Store starting on September 7, 2025.
Yes. You can make appointments via WhatsApp, Website, or by calling the hospital directly.
No. Once booked using the app, you will receive an SMS notification when your appointment is confirmed.
No, only your future appointments will be carried forward. A new profile will be created in the new app, and past data such as appointment history and previous profile details will not be available. We would advise you to download all your medical reports in the current app by August 31, 2025.
No, your old login credentials will not work in the new app. You will need to register a new account to start using it.
Yes, you will need to create a new account. Please follow the instructions provided in the app to complete the setup.
Check your OS version, internet connection, and device storage. Restart your device and try again.
