Our Antenatal Class, held in conjunction with Breastfeeding Week, is your opportunity to feel nurtured, supported, and well-prepared as you begin the beautiful journey of parenthood.​

What to expect:​
👩‍⚕️ “Diet for Breastfeeding Mothers” by our Dietitian, Ms. Subahshini Chandran — Learn what to eat, what to avoid, and how to nourish both yourself and your baby for a smoother breastfeeding journey.​
​
🍼 “Labour: What to Expect” by Nurse Manager, Ms. Yanti Mohamed Sanni — Get insider tips on recognizing labor signs, managing discomfort, and what actually happens when baby decides it’s time.
