- The promotion rates for non-Malaysian patients are subject to 6% SST.
- The RM65 price is for consultation with a Medical Officer. For children aged 12 and below, additional charges for a Pediatric consultation may apply. Please contact the respective Columbia Asia Hospital for consultation charges.
- A registration fee of RM10 applies to first-time customers.
- The promotional rate is only applicable if the customer informs hospital staff during registration. Bill adjustments will not be allowed after registration.
- This promotion is only applicable for self-pay bills. For patients using a Guarantee Letter, the standard corporate rate applies.
- 2 days advance appointment is encouraged and this promotion is available from Monday to Saturday (Except Sunday & Public Holiday).
- This promotion is not valid with any other on-going discounts, vouchers and offers.
- We reserve the right to amend terms, conditions and validity period without prior notice.
