Columbia Asia Hospital Seremban Launches Travel Health & One-stop Vaccination Service

SEREMBAN March 31, 2026 – Columbia Asia Hospital Seremban has officially launched its Travel Health & One-Stop Vaccination Service, offering pre-travel health consultations, vaccinations, and travel-related risk assessments for travelers.

The launch, held at Arena Premier Hotel, Seremban, was officiated by YB Puan Nicole Tan Lee Koon, Chairman of the Negeri Sembilan Tourism, Arts and Culture Action Committee, and attended by Ms. Alice Chong, CEO of Columbia Asia Hospital Seremban, Dr. Suvintheran Thangavelu, Consultant Infectious Disease & Internal Medicine Physician, as well as representatives from the travel, insurance, and corporate sectors, alongside hospital leaders.

Introduced in response to the growing demand for travel health support as international travel continues to increase post-pandemic, the service aims to help travelers stay medically prepared, protected against preventable diseases, and compliant with international entry requirements.

Led by an infectious disease specialist, the service provides personalized travel risk assessments, destination-specific medical advice, vaccinations, and preventive healthcare recommendations tailored to individual travel needs.

A key highlight is that Columbia Asia Hospital Seremban is currently the only private hospital in Negeri Sembilan certified as a Yellow Fever Vaccination Centre, authorized to issue the International Certificate of Vaccination required for entry into selected countries in Africa, South America, and Central America.
