We are proud to announce that Columbia Asia Hospitals, in collaboration with Hong Leong Assurance (HLA), is offering you affordable and accessible flu vaccination services for HLA Policyholders and Life Assured individuals!
• Available at all Columbia Asia Hospitals, except Columbia Asia Extended Care Hospital Shah Alam.
• Valid until March 31, 2026.
How to Redeem:
- Make an Appointment with the participating Columbia Asia Hospitals at least 2 days in advance.
- Upon arrival at the hospital, head to the registration counter and inform the hospital staff that you’re utilising your HLA flu vaccination benefit.
- Verify your HLA policy to confirm your eligibility:
- Open your HLA360 mobile app
- Show your policy details to the hospital staff
- Your name in the app must match your NRIC
