- Applicable for elective single-eye daycare procedures performed under local anesthesia only.
- Intraocular lens (IOL) is not included; other lens types are available at an additional cost.
- Excludes charges for any complications or emergencies arising during or after the procedure.
- Excludes pre- and post-operative consultations, examinations, general anesthesia, follow-up visits, and take-home medications.
- Prices are subject to Sales and Service Tax (SST) for non-Malaysians.
