Terms & Conditions
- Package valid from 1st January 2022 onwards.
- 50% deposit is required to enjoy the package price.
- Package valid for cash/credit card payment only.
- Package is valid with minimum of two visits to our O&G.
- Any consultation require after office hours is subjected to additional charges.
- Package is considered void for any complications during delivery (mother/baby).
- Package valid for delivery without complications & during office hours only (Mon-Fri: 8am – 5pm / Sat: 8am – 12pm).
- Columbia Asia Hospital – Cheras reserves the right to amend terms, conditions and validity period at its absolute discretion without prior notice.
