- Outpatient consultation
- Diagnostic tests (if required)

Terms and Conditions:
- Valid at Columbia Asia Hospital Taiping for self-paying patients from 1 April 2026 – 30 June 2026.
- Not applicable for patients with complications or other emergency conditions.
- Selection of a premium implant will void the package and charges will follow prevailing hospital rates.
- Additional charges apply for hospital stays beyond the included 5 days and 4 nights, whether due to medical indication or patient request.
- A 6% Sales and Service Tax (SST) applies to non-Malaysian citizens in accordance with Malaysian Government regulations. Additional surcharges may apply.
- The management reserves the right to amend the package details without prior notice.
