* The stated price is for the procedure only; the consultant’s procedure fee is not included.
Terms and Conditions:
- Package is valid until December 31, 2024
- Package is only available at Columbia Asia Hospital – Setapak.
- Package, once availed, cannot be canceled, and no refund will be provided.
- Patients are advised to consult with the doctor regarding eligibility to agree on their desired package.
- Services, procedures, items, and medications included in the package are fixed and non-exchangeable, removed, and/or canceled.
- Any additional services, procedures, items, and medications required are subject to additional charges
- Any additional consultant’s surgical consultations and procedure fees after office hours are subject to additional charges.
- Any additional extra length of stays for both mother and/or baby and room upgrade are subject to additional charges.
- Patients must have at least two visits with Columbia Asia Hospital – Setapak’s Consultant O&G starting from 20 weeks of pregnancy to be eligible for this package.
- Package is considered void if there are complications with the baby (CPAP, Oxygen, etc.).
- Diaper bag giveaway is limited to a first-come, first-serve basis, with 5 car seats per month.
- The Management reserves the right to change, add, cancel, remove otherwise modify the promo offered at any time.
