Pre AV Fistula Screening :
- This package is valid until 31 December 2026.
- This package is valid for cash-paying patients only.
- This package is only available at Columbia Asia Hospital Batu Kawan
- This package is valid for normal procedures only; excludes complications
- We reserve the right to amend terms, conditions and validity period without prior notice.
AV Fistula Surgery :
- This package is valid until 31 December 2026.
- This package is applicable to self-paying patients only.
- This package is only available at Columbia Asia Hospital Batu Kawan.
- This package does not cover any complications or additional procedure that may arise or be required during or after the surgery.
- A prior appointment is required.
- This package is not valid in conjunction with any promotion.
- Columbia Asia Hospital Batu Kawan reserves the rights to amend these terms and conditions should any circumstances or regulations change.
- This package is applicable to day care procedure only, and not applicable to in-patient.
- This package is only performed under local anesthesia during office hours.
- This package is ONLY for SIMPLE AVF.
- This package is applicable to Malaysians & Non-Malaysian.
- 6% Sales & Service Tax (SST) will be applied to medical bills, including doctors’ charges, for non-Malaysian citizen patients.
