- This package is valid until 31 December 2026.
- Full deposit will be collected upon admission.
- This package is applicable to self-paying patients only.
- This package is only available at Columbia Asia Hospital Batu Kawan.
- This package does not cover any complications or additional procedure that may arise or be required during or after the surgery.
- This package includes 4 days 3 nights stay only and subject to availability of room types.
- This package is not valid in conjunction with any promotion.

- This package is applicable to Malaysians & Non-Malaysian.
- 6% Sales & Service Tax (SST) will be applied to medical bills, including doctors’ charges, for non-Malaysian citizen patients.
